✨ As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to support our accounting activities.
🧾 Your Responsibilities
Maintain accounting records
Manage daily accounts payable operations
Enter invoices into the system
Reconcile with suppliers’ bank statements
Pay invoices
Issue invoices for sales contracts
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure follow-up of financial transactions
Manage petty cash and reconcile payments by card, cash, and cheques
Participate in the preparation of financing files
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management
✅ Profile Sought
Diploma in accounting or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational, communication, and priority management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in work execution
