🛠️ Your Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in the customer experience by providing professional, fast, and courteous service.
Main tasks include:
- Greet customers and assess their repair needs
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Inform customers of required repairs and related costs
- Order necessary parts
- Complete billing
- Ensure follow-up with customers
- Promote services and recommend maintenance
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Prepare requested parts
- Carry out any other related duties
✅ Profile Sought
- Strong interest in customer service
- Knowledge of mechanics or agricultural machinery parts
- Experience in a similar role (asset)
- Autonomy and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and priority management
- Team spirit and positive attitude
- General knowledge of agricultural equipment
- Comfortable with computer tools
